Carole Scaldeferri & Don Cione

About as cute as you get...Gives you an idea of why Carole was soooo popular on the show. And, she always seemed as sweet as she was cute....It's no wonder her husband fell in love with her when he saw her on the TV screen and sent her the portrait he did of her. As I like to say--"the rest is history." This picture says December 1960 in the border (reprint date), but Eleanor says her best guess is that it was taken in the Summer of 1960--and I believe Eleanor's conjecture that Carole wouldn't wear that summer frock in mid-winter in Philly!--maybe California--but not Philly.
