This is the cover of the magazine for that dance floor picture of American Bandstand. Magazine reflects how just in 2 months, ABC was thrashing the other networks as a result of the new show, American Bandstand. As George Yates wrote me: "It sure looks like AB was off to a good start very early on in its career! Not bad for a show that ABC thought wouldn't make it--they reluctantly gave it just 2 weeks! Amazing!"
