You are viewing a very old plastic beaded bag with the tiny plastic beads looking like faux seed pearls. The color is a cream color, as is the satin/silky lining. There is no name of maker so I cannot further identify this. There's a chain that can be used outside or inside if carried clutch style. The frame is sturdy as is the clasp closure. There are many little beads and I don't see any missing ones. The lining has a couple of brown spots near the top of the frame but is otherwise an especially clean lining for a vintage item like this. Bag measures 9 1/2 at widest area and 6+ inches deep. It has good expansion so can carry a few more items than most evening bags. I would say this is more evening than day-time and the little plastic beads catch the light quite nicely.
