This fantastic Van Raalte half slip is one of those that is not often seen, especially in such an excellent condition. The color is a knock-out pinky coral--more toward the pink tones. It's an all lace overlay (floral pattern) against a complete white nylon lining that is not a loose lining but a finely tailored attached lining. The pristine vintage double loop cloth label is in the side seam. Darts & seamwork is all very special, giving more fitted appeal to a slip--another sign of finer seamstress work. It's ALL NYLON made in USA. The lace at the hemline is scalloped. My pictures do not do justice to the color, the fabric, etc. of this exceptional slip...truly a quality slip as you would expect from the 50s Van Raalte line. SIZE is a stated small with a waist unstretched of 22 inches which stretches to 32 inches. LENGTH is 25 inches. Fabric is clean, smoke-free and odor-free...all pluses when buying vintage. CONDITION: Excellent Plus...I find no problems.
