FABRIC ~ 100% Nylon - made in USA Gracefully beautiful nylon sheer forms the embroidered neckine and shoulders. The nylon sheer behind the lovely embroidery work has a petite closely netted look which is very soft and not actually net...very beautiful. I have not seen this before in their gowns and I think you'll love it. The bust cups are softly shirred and the entire line and style with a fitted midriff is very reminiscent of the 1940s so I believe this is more likely a 40s than a 50s gown. The midriff is a fitted insert in the back and around the sides and then comes to an open area of the gore panel so that it has a very princess style to it and slimming detail. There are gored panels so that that there is a beautifl presentation to how this gown falls and fits the body.
CONDITION ~ Excellent with clean fabric that is smoke free and odor-free....all pluses when buying vintage. The double loop cloth company label with size and fabric noted is within the gown inside one of the side seams.
