This is one of the oversize fifties Sunday news magazines, which are hard to find in the size approximately 15 x 11 inches. Many of these vintage thin Sunday newspaper magazines were tossed out with the rest of the Sunday paper and those which have managed to survive have often been worse for the wear. However, this magazine is intact and in quite good condition considering it is 50 years old. There is some notching in the top margin and in the spinal fold, but these are quite common in these issues so I think you will find this in very good condition. The cover features a lovely picture of actress Lee Remick with a small bio on the inside of the cover. This is an interesting collectible and the magazine would be good for framing if you wish to display that way. There are 19 numbered pages and inside you will find special features, fashion, food, human interest, entertainment, crossword puzzle, sports, gossip, etc. You'll also find two old city street views of New York City. There are ads like a full page Adorn hairspray ad. Some articles are: "Where Have New York's Theatres Gone?", an article on Arnold Palmer, "At Home with Raymond Burr" which is a one-page pictorial; and other little fun items. It's a real trip down memory lane 1958. FREE SHIPPING FOR OUR USA BUYERS WITHIN USA.
