Stately elegance for a grand entrance at any gala event. This dress could be vintage 70s/80s/90s (not sure as it's a timeless style). NEVER WORN! NEW WITH TAGS. The gown still has the protective plastic around the hemline to keep the hem clean while in the department store. Albert Nipon is often sold at Neiman Marcus stores but this one may have been in an upscale boutique. There is still a price tag on it of over $600 but it does not have the store name. There's a style number and size 6 on that label. And, the Albert Nipon tag is still on the dress and the Albert Nipon label is inside the dress. There are black glossy buttons that go partially down back of dress for easy entry into the gown. All buttons are present and there's even an "extra buttons bag" attached in case you ever lose one. The fabric has such a high-grade silkiness touch about it and is just exquisite fabric which graces the figure in such a flattering way. It will make you look slimmer and like a 40s glamorous movie star - like the ones that made their entrance into a room known! The inside label says 63% Acetate and 37% Viscose. The gown was made in USA. Down the side of each sleeve and around the sleeve end on each side of dress is a band of the most sparkly rows of rhinestones (much prettier than pictures can show). No rhinestones are missing--and there are many of them. These rhinestone bands set against this midnight black fabric are just magnificent. This is a gown for a very "class act lady". They will be talking about how great you look.
The size is a stated 6 with bust fits of 36/38~~waist about 28/30~~hips about 36/38. The length is 57 inches, so this will fit a tall lady--or you could have the hemline taken up. The sleeves measure 22 1/2 inches long.
Kept clean, smoke-free, and odor-free.. It's certainly worth more than this wonderful low starting price and gowns of this quality are very expensive.
