We try to exclude no one, but we have had to very much limit international sales because of the high cost of shipping which they would have to pay--but our shop does pays for all USA shipping costs...just another way we give a great value to our buyers. Our packaging is some of the best among shops and at special request, packages can be sent giftwrapped for a reasonable extra fee. You need only inquire as to special services and arrangements. If special shipping beyond Priority Mail is desired, those extras are charged for and must be stated in advance by e-mail before purchase.
