MAKING A PURCHASE:
We endeavor to make the order process easy and smooth and we are always here to help in that process. We have a shopping cart for your convenience and we accept PayPal payments, major credit card payments, money orders and cashiers checks. Personal checks are accepted when we have come to know you through the shop and you have a good payment record with us. All PayPal payments for Marsha's Vintage items and merzidotes' auction items are done securely and are verified under the e-mail address of merzidotes@aol.com which I have used for eBay since 1998 and at my website for over 5 years now.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: All Credit Card orders through our shop are procesed securely by PayPal but you do not have to have a PayPal account to order with a major credit card. If anyone has a problem completing their order via the shopping cart, you may easily e-mail us from any list page or from the contact page of the site and within 12 hours or less we will send you an invoice by e-mail for making a secure payment. If you have a major credit card, you can make a purchase. The invoice is simple, quick and secure and thosse who use it have been very pleased.
ORDERS USING YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT: Simply add your item(s) to the shopping cart and proceed through the checkout process to use any of the established PayPal methods. OR, you may also ask for the often quicker and easier method of asking for an e-mail invoice which will handle your payment via secure PayPal. Just e-mail me your request. Providing me your first and last name, email address for invoice, and the item number of item can make it even faster. Those used to using Shopping Cart may prefer that option.
PAYMENTS BY MONEY ORDER, CASHIERS CHECKS OR PERSONAL CHECKS: Please e-mail us from any product list page or the contact page and let us know which of these payments through the mail you wish to make. Please write the 4-digit product number on the check or money order and give us a brief description of the item so we can handle this quickly for you. You will receive an e-mail back from us confirming your oder, so please be sure that you can receive email from both our email addresses. Orders done by mail will be placed ON HOLD until we have received payment. Payments should be received by us within 10 days of order placement or that item will be taken off hold. If you have special circumstances and require longer than 10 days hold, please be sure to discuss that with us. We are flexible. Any personal checks will have to clear through our bank and this could take up to 10 working days. Payments by Money Order or Cashier's checks do not require a hold period once we receive that payment. Please make payment out to Marsha Bittle for the price on the list. Since USA shipping is included in price, you have nothing to add to list price unless you choose mail extras like insurance. Reminder to add Product Number to your check or money order. SHIPPING: Shipping is free to our USA buyers, so you don't have to compute any shipping charges unless you want special shipping arrangements or services, in which case you need to let us know by email. I will sometimes ship by Priority Mail in a box or by First Class Mail in an envelope, but any shipment within USA will have delivery confirmation. In 2007 the rates for Priority Mail did increase so I have had to limit what I ship by Priority Mail but I do still use it for specific items. I will let you know before shipping which method it will be shipped by...usually fast either way.
SECURE PAYMENTS: An important reminder that all our electronic payments at the site are done securely through both the site and through PayPal. On the checkout pages of the shopping cart, you will see the VeriSign logo, assuring you of a secure transaction. VeriSign is provided by the WEB HOST to all its member sites, which our site is. Also be assured that we at the site have no access to your personal banking information or credit card numbers.
