Per Frankie Levins, this picture was taken mid 90s when he, his late wife, and Frankie Brancaccio visited Peggy Leonard. Peggy Leonard has passed away since this picture and we all pray that she rests in peace. She was fun to watch on the show. She danced with many of the other Regulars and I don't recall her having one real steady dance partner.
